NANS Pays Unizik SUG President courtesy visit, Promises to To collaborate with the Union

Things are beginning to look up for students of the prestigious Nnamdi Azikiwe University as the school’s SUG president, Comr. Samuel Jude, was paid a courtesy visit by the NANS National president, Comr. Danielson Bamidele Akpan earlier this week,  the 11th day of June.


Both men, unified by their struggle for the welfare of the student body by whom they were elected into office, discussed extensively on issues and problems facing Nigerian students and hampering them from fully reaching their potentials.


The effects of the pandemic on students and what the post pandemic period holds for them were also discussed upon and possible solutions were proffered.

Both men who seemed to think that a lot of students would need as much help and support as they can get when school resumes agreed to look for ways and means to synergize in order to get as much as can be gotten immediately the academic session resumes.

Comr. Bamidele pledged his support to the government and student populace, promising to always come to their aid as soon as possible whenever the help or attention of the National Body is needed by the student government.

Comr. Samuel Jude, on behalf of his excos and the entire students thanked the NANS president and invited him to feel free to visit again, stating that men of great intellectual capability, such as he, striving for the welfare of as much Nigerian Students as possible, ignoring tribal sentiments and favouritism are always welcome.
